Stickybomb(https://stickybomb.gg) gives live-stream viewers more creative control over the content that gets broadcasted online, while providing new ways for content creators to monetize on real-time interactions with their audience. The platform allows viewers to place stickers, GIFs and memes anywhere on screen during a live stream, while also allowing streamers to engage their audience through mini-games and other live on-screen features. Stickybomb is an all-in-one entertainment solution that gives “user engagement” a whole new meaning.
The opportunity:
We're looking for a smart and passionate individual to join our Global Marketing Team, that can help push our global expansion to the next level. The ideal candidate has an interest for gaming and/or live streaming, and has a talent for finding solutions to problems with minimal instruction, hand-holding or guidance.
Position Overview:

Role: Global Marketing Manager
•
Location: 6, Jong-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul
•
Language Requirement: Fluent English Speaker
Responsibilities:
•
Conduct market research and develop a strong understanding of targeted niche markets.
•
Represent the company/brand and meet with potential customers for sales or relationship management purposes.
•
Record and track interactions with customers, forwarding all feedback collected to the team for product or service improvements.
•
Develop applicable marketing and sales messaging, while assisting in developing GTM strategies to increase acquisition of new users
•
Develop a strategic content creation and execution plan across all owned media and social platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok and our landing pages, leading to increased engagement and relevance
•
Help create content in the form of blogs, videos and social media posts
•
Manage, execute and report progress of tasks assigned by the Head of Growth Marketing
What you’ll Need to Succeed:
•
2+ years of professional experience
•
At least 1-2 years in marketing, sales or a customer facing role.
•
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
•
Knowledge in digital platforms and social media
•
Strong ability to manage projects with minimal supervision
•
Time management and organizational skills
•
Strong analytical skills and an ability to make solid business decisions and evaluate performance based on data
•
A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude, and a creative mindset
•
Native fluency in English. (Ability to communicate in Korean would be a plus but not required.)
•
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, engineering, or a related field
•
Be based within or be in near vicinity of Seoul, Korea.
Nice to haves but not required:
•
An interest in gaming or live streaming, and a familiarity with the culture around these industries.
•
Experience or interest in twitch, YouTube or other live streaming platforms
•
Experience working with influencers or content creators.
